License expiration warning emails are automatically issued by our system when the expiration of a trial or paid license is approaching. If you have already renewed or purchased the email is most likely referring to your previous license (trial or paid).

If you wish to confirm the status of your license please contact us through the 'Help' tab at the bottom right of your account dashboard or by email: providing the username of your account and the name and email address that was used during purchase, or the license code of your new license, if you know it.
