We see very few issues with site usage. Those that are seen are usually resolved by the following steps:


  • Ensure that you are using the latest available version of a supported web browser. All major web browsers are supported, including: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge. (Internet Explorer is no longer fully supported, even by Microsoft).


  • Do you have ad-blocking software installed in the browser? Although no third party advertising is permitted on the site ad-blocking software can prevent correct site function. If you are clicking the 'Create new Glog' button and it is unresponsive it may be necessary to disable, or permit Glogster as an exception through, any ad-blocking software that you have installed in the browser.

  • If you are in an educational establishment it is possible that you are affected by your network firewall settings. Please refer to this information regarding firewall information for Glogster, and pass to your Network Administrator as required.
